These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Motorhome Happiness CIC (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of motorhomehappiness.uk (the “Site”), including our members-only area, online shop, and any related services (together, the “Services”).

Motorhome Happiness CIC is a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee in the United Kingdom and operates as a not-for-profit organisation for community benefit.

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over.

2. Our Services

We provide a website featuring motorhome-related content, a members-only area with subscriber benefits, and an online shop selling products.

The information on our Site is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

If you access the Services from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

3. Membership Accounts

To access members-only content, you must purchase an annual membership subscription and create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (including name and email address) and to keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly via the contact details on our Site.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or unlawful activity.

4. Membership Payments

Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our Site.

Your annual membership begins once payment is confirmed and your account is created/activated.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we state otherwise in a specific offer or policy.

We may change membership pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to renewals or new memberships, not to an already-paid current membership term.

5. Online Shop

Our online shop is powered by Square. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We aim to display product descriptions and prices accurately. However, we may correct errors (including pricing errors) and we reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary (for example, if pricing or stock availability is incorrect).

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and delivery details.

6. Payments for Shop Orders

Shop payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your full payment card details.

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors).

7. Returns and Refunds

If you purchase physical products through our shop, you may have statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods and (where applicable) cancellation rights for distance sales.

Where we offer returns or refunds beyond your statutory rights, the applicable process and timeframe will be stated on the Site and/or within your order confirmation.

For membership subscriptions, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, we own (or license) all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, downloadable materials, and branding (the “Content”).

You may view and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Payments are handled by third parties (Stripe for memberships and Square for shop orders). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, maintenance, or service interruption.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account (including membership access) if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our rights.

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes access to members-only content. Once deleted, we may be unable to restore your account.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services, Content, or any information provided will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
